Our Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, here’s how it works:
24 Hours Notice: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make it. This helps us open the spot for someone else who might need it.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we may need to charge a small fee or count the session as used.
No-Shows: If you don’t show up without letting us know, the session will be considered used.
Rescheduling: You’re always welcome to reschedule—just let us know before the 24-hour mark and we’ll happily move your booking.
